I Can't Log onto Deviantart?

So I've been trying to log into my deviantart for a couple of days, and it keeps kicking me out to the front screen with me not logged in. I'm using the correct password and username. I've also tried to log in to my mom's account like that but it does the exact same thing. I've cleared my cache and my cookies, I've check for virus ect but it still won't work. Also I use chrome and internet explorer. This is only happening on MY laptop if I go on any other computer in the house it will work correctly.
