Is my porcialen doll antique?

I found it at goodwill ans it looks rather old. The eyes are painted, the hair peice is glued on, and the feet are solid porcialen. Shoes and all. The face is very pale with orange rouge. There is no "made in china" any where nor is there a tad on the dress like most dolls. Could I have stumbled apone a treasure worth money?
