Tomorrow is my grandma's 80th birthday...?

and we're having a party. I thought my parents had already bought her something but they said that she wants everyone to sing something/ donate money to charity. We're already donating money. I cannot sing for my life whatsoever, so I made her a card and antiqued it with tea bags and it came out really nice. I want to make her something else creative but It's already really late so there's not much I can do...Any suggestions please? Thanks!
