How do you make guide lines that are uniform throughout every page in Indesign CS5.?

Go to your Pages palette and double click on the master page in the top section of the palette - by default it is called A-Master, you can rename if you wish. Draw your guides on this page and they will show up on every page that is based on that master. Go back to the document page section, add pages as you normally would but make sure they are based on the master page that contains your guides. You can also add additional master pages if you have need for more than one set.
