Oliver 88 Engine Mods For Tractor Pulling?

I have an Oliver 88 Diesel and want 150 to 200 horsepower how much would that cost I am pulling in antique modifed tractor pulls open class. Is there any other mods I got $$$10000 to put into the engine.
