Traveling, can i bring this as a carry on?

That's fine, just make sure you don't have any items that aren't allowed on the plane. That should combine as your purse and then put other stuff in it too that you want. You are allowed to take two bags on the flight, plus a purse (for most airports) so you will be fine!
