Two fighters who were favored to win this weekend were knocked out on the ropes. Jason Litzou and this other undefeated Jr. light weight fighter were knock out along the ropes. The ropes are like a solid wall to a fighter. If you don't know how to box off the ropes stay off of them. Any time your back touches the ropes there should be a warning that goes off inside your head that says danger, danger move away.
